high resolution vs low resolution

low resolution ( Around 72 DPI) and will look ok on a computer screen. But try to print those same images and they'll look horrible and pixelated. For printing purposes images should be 300 DPI or better. Resolution usually depending on pixels per inch, less pixels lover resolution.
